Rob Koudstaal
Mr Rob Koudstaal (water and coastal resources planning and management) was involved in supporting management of water and coastal resources ever since he joined Delft Hydraulics Laboratory in the Netherlands in 1964. In his first years he was involved in the design of the Delta Works, protecting the Southwest of the country against flood disasters. In later years he became actively involved in site investigations in South America and a major master plan study in Colombia. Since 1977 he headed a new systems analysis group at Delft Hydraulics, working on integrated approaches in support of water and coastal resources planning and management in the Netherlands and abroad. In 1988 he became partner director of a newly established consulting company Resource Analysis. From 1997 to 2004 he resided in Bangladesh as team leader of two projects: (i) the establishment of the independent Center for Environmental and Geographic Information Services (CEGIS); and (ii) the Programme Development Office for Integrated Coastal Zone Management (PDO-ICZMP). David Helmey

Ashoke Adhikary
Ashoke has been working in the development sector over a period of 17 years with numbers of national, international, UN and official donor organisations as an employee and consultant. His major area of professional expertise is environmental changes and livelihood security (environment & development, natural resources management, disaster risk reduction, climate change induced vulnerabilities and adaptation strategies etc.), supported by technical and management skill such as planning, monitoring and evaluation (PME), research, advocacy and institution development. Sardear Arif Uddin

Sardar Arif Uddin has been involved with development activities since last 11 years. He had always worked intensively to ensure the rights of the poor and marginalized people and improve their life style. Currently he is working in an International NGO (Non Government development Organization) for rights of the people to quality health. He obtained BSS (hons.) and MSS in Anthropology from Jahangirnagar University. Later he obtained the Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Independent University of Bangladesh. He also acquired higher degree and training on Community Based Resource Management and Leadership Development on Global Health Policy from St. Xavier University of Canada and Asian Health Institute of Japan respectively. Rajan Raj Pandey
Rajan Raj Pandey, a Nepalese national and qualified environmental and civil engineer who has substantial expertise and experience in civil service and international humanitarian sector with diversified capacity. He has been holding senior managerial capacity for the Ministry of Physical Planning and Works, Govt. of Nepal since 1984 and worked for capacity building of Iraq’s Strengthening of Local Governance Programme (ISLGP-II) in a capacity of Municipal Engineer and Senior Urban Planning Advisor since 2007 with duly approved leave from the civil service. Dr Anil Bhola

Dr Anil Kumar Bhola, an Indian national who has been working as a professional in health sector in various capacities since 1998. In his career, he has perfect mix of general practice, research and development works. He has working experience in India and overseas missions. He received number of trainings and attended several national and international seminars. Daniel Kennedy Msowoya
Daniel Kennedy Msowoya has had a unique career combining senior positions in Malawi’s nascent opposition political movement and NGO humanitarian work.  He recently returned to humanitarian work after having played a prominent role in Malawi’s transition to a democratic system; during which period he acquired sufficient knowledge, skill and experience in issues of natural Justice, Human rights and conflict resolution and management.  Prior to his involvement in politics, he had over ten years’ experience in facilities, operations and vehicle fleet maintenance and management.
